It also represents individuals and legal entities involved in public civil actions, popular actions, administrative improbity actions, among other judicial proceedings, as well as in disciplinary administrative proceedings initiated before public administration bodies and professional regulatory councils.

The firm also provides advisory and litigation services, both administrative and judicial, in matters related to the exercise of public functions in general, particularly elected office. This includes representing clients’ interests before standing and special parliamentary committees established within legislative bodies, as well as in related judicial proceedings, such as actions seeking the annulment of legislative or administrative acts (including proceedings concerning the rejection of annual accounts), writs of mandamus related to the exercise of public office, and constitutional actions.
